As we begin our lives together as husband and wife we can't be thankful enough for your continued support.
In this season we feel called to spend our first year growing in our own personal relationships with Jesus, together. After endless prayer and long conversations the Lord made it clear that YWAM would be this foundation for us.
For those of you not familiar with the organization, two of the foundational values of Youth With A Mission are to Know God and to Make God Known. DTS is divided into two phases intended to create environments that promote these values.
During Lecture Phase we will spend 12 weeks focusing on building and growing our relationship with God and each other. During the Outreach Phase we will spend 2 1/2 months sharing the love of Jesus in a variety of ways on a cross cultural missions trip.
More than anything we ask that you keep us in your prayers as we continue to listen to God's word and follow his plan for our lives. This is the best support we could ask for.
If you are able to give financially, we would appreciate that support as well. During this time we will need the financial support to cover both our lecture and outreach phase as well as our airfare and visas.
In addition to the cost of YWAM we are asking for extra donations so that we can continue to financially support the children and missionaries that we sponsor monthy.
Cost:
Lecture Phase $4,000 (per person)
Outreach Phase $1,900 (per person)
Plus airfare and visa to outreach location
