TOBY needs help to cover costs for recent urgent surgery.

Hi! My name is TOBY.

My humans are in dier need of funding assistance to help cover the costs of a second urgent surgery for me in less than two weeks. As of today, they have incurred +$2,000.00 in total expenses. The second surgery, Thursday, July 17th 12pm was to insert a drain drip to remove fluids and blood that accumulated in the wound where the 1 1/2lbs mass was located. This plus Vet visits on: Monday, July 14th and Saturday, July 19th and next visit schedule Monday, July 21st.

I am a 10 year old chocolate labrador (foster fail) since my current human parents, Ricky & Davyn, adopted me five days after fostering me five years ago after my then human dad passed away. Not to brag but They say I am the best k9kid They have ever had.

But they/we need some support to help cover the cost of my urgent surgery to remove two tumors; One on my left back leg and one very large one on my chest. The surgery that was scheduled for today, Thursday, July 10th 8:30AM at the Clinique Vétérinaire HoMa near where we live. Monday we went to the Vet twice: at 3pm and 5:15pm. They did tests on me; samples of fluids, and blood, and injections. That cost them 245$ The total cost of the surgery was 1,440.00$ This is for more blood tests, IV sedation, 1 hour of surgery, medication, and monitoring and follow-up appointment.

They placed a deposit of 500$ to get the appointment booked. Then they/we needed to raise 940$ immediately in order to get me this much need health care. The Vet has said that I am otherwise very healthy and predicts a very good prognosis. This means I could expect to live a long life afterwards, possibly for many more years as a companion to my two favorite humans, Davyn & Ricky who need and depend on me alot.
