I thought id retype out everything. It has been quite a 2025. So Darren has beeb out on unpaid medical leave since august from his seizures, working on getting them under control and or getting him on disability. His job pays our medical insurance while he is on leave but we will owe it later.

i was the only one working until january. My IUD that i had placed in oct expelled its self and i had extensive blood loss which resulted in 2 blood transfusions and an emergency endometrial ablation to stop the bleeding. My iron still hasnt bounced back. Days after being released i was admitted to the hospital again for a minor pulmonary embolism caused by surgery and medication they had me on to stop the bleeding. I had to take several weeks to recover. On March 18th i had been given the okay by doctors that i could return to work…. As soon as i handed in my paperwork in to go back to work i started bleeding again & had to cancel my return to work. I was bleeding from march 20th up until surgery 4/15. They did ultra sounds and blood testing. My levels were low, and on my ultra sound it showed my uterus enlarged and bleeding and it was clotting filling my uterus with “material”. Since the ablation failed my only option now was hysterectomy. They got me in as soon as they can. I had my uterus, tubes and cervix removed on 4/15 the surgery went better than originally planned. I had it robotically laproscopic. I have 7 incisions across my belly. Plus stitches on the inside. I cannot lift anything over 10lbs for 4-6weeks.

my paid medical leave which has been our only income ended on April 5th. I used all the paid leave to catch up on bills and stay on top of new rent. I used my tax return on rent as well. I thought my job had short term disability but found out the day before that it doesnt apply to my job title. So we have been without new income since April 5th, and i have used all hours from state paid medical leave. And still no word from darren’s job on if there will be back pay from them and no word on disability. My main concern is rent im afraid that if i dont have may & june’s rent on time she will continue with the eviction process. Our electric bill is another high concern i have to pay $349 by april 27th i cant apply for discount program again for 30 days. And our phone/internet is due same day which we have to keep on for my sleep machine.

i dont really like asking for help. I truly appriciate everyone who already has helped out when i originally started this go fund me.

we couldnt have got this far without you. I will only get to work a couple weeks before summer break when i return to work but im planning on having to work summer school or charters during the summer. Thank you all for your support in this most difficult time.
