Help Timmaris Sing Again: Divine Music Heals

For over 50 years Timmaris has been inspired by Paramahansa Yogananda's wisdom and love and universality of His teachings.

This has motivated her to write and record devotional and uplifting songs for both adults and children based on His beautiful affirmations and prayers. She recorded her first album in the early 1970s.

Presently, she finds herself in a position where she requires assistance to update her website, ensuring all her recordings are digitally accessible, and to finance the creation of a new spiritual album featuring devotional songs, chants, and musical affirmations.

Regrettably, due to several challenging health conditions, Timmaris is unable to afford the expenses of hiring a website designer and covering the costs of a recording studio. Recognizing her situation, her son and several of her long-time friends and fellow devotees have come together to rally support aiming to raise funds to enable Timmaris to continue creating and sharing her music, which has deeply touched countless lives over the years.

Many may already be familiar with Timmaris's work, particularly her renowned children's album, "For a Child's Heart," recorded in collaboration with Diane Bardwell. This cherished album has left an indelible mark in Self Realization Fellowship Sunday schools worldwide,and also embraced by parents seeking to instill the joy of loving God through uplifting music. Similarly, Timmaris's other children's recording, "Magic Wishing Tree," has been instrumental in enhancing Self Realization Fellowship’s youth programs and retreats.

Timmaris extends her heartfelt gratitude to all who consider supporting her project. Although it's difficult for her to ask for assistance, she's motivated by her heartfelt desire to record these new devotional songs and affirmations to the devotees who may find them uplifting as her other recordings have done in the past.

Reflecting on her journey, she finds inspiration in the words of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow: "Lives of great men all remind us, We can make our lives sublime, And, departing, leave behind us, Footprints in the sands of time." Timmaris aspires to leave behind musical "Footprints" of peace and Divine love.
