Tim's final Half Marathon to raise funds for a vital cause
Back in 2014 I ran my first Half Marathon in order to raise funds in support of Action for M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis), a debilitating and poorly understood illness from which my sister Gillian suffered for many years.
Now, ten years later, I'm planning to do so again. The training has been somewhat harder than last time (!) but - assuming the legs hold out - I'll be completing the Robin Hood Half Marathon in Nottingham later this month. Please consider supporting me with a donation!
Action for M.E. provides an information service for people with M.E., enabling them to secure the care and support they need. Every donation, large or small, will help to make a difference in these people's lives.
Funds will also enable the charity to improve understanding and awareness of M.E. among doctors and other health professionals. This should lead to better treatment and, hopefully, in due course, a cure.
Thank you for your interest in my desire to contribute to this vital cause.

With my daughter Martha at the end of the 2014 event
P.S. If you donate, please add Gift Aid if you are eligible.
