Yohannes Wassie has been a guide in Ethiopia for the past 10 years. Being a guide is both rewarding and tiring work. During a typical month he can be away from his family at least 15-25 days per month. Yohannes prides himself in the quality work that he does and loves sharing his country's heritage, culture and history with tourists. He has learned much about the business in the past ten years and wants to start his own tourism business. He is ready to provide a better life for his family by still being in the business. You support will help him achieve that and help him start his own business. Your support will help Yohannes begin Tibeb Ethiopia Tours. He will be able to get the appropriate licenses and registrations for his new business. He will be able to obtain the company's first vehicle. He will also be able to obtain much of the business computers, software, and marketing materials needed! 


On a personal note- Yohannes is one of the best guys I know. He has helped my nonprofit organization for the past 5 years. He has a heart for helping others and putting others first. He loves his country and loves sharing it with other people. He is a hard worker and I know that he is ready to begin this business and make it successful.
