URGENT: Help Save Aunt Lily’s Life — She Needs a Bone Marrow Transplant
In 2021, our beloved Aunt Lily Vega — known by many as the heart of her neighborhood in El Salvador — was diagnosed with acute leukemia. She fought bravely through months of chemotherapy, pain, and uncertainty, and somehow, through sheer will and faith, she beat it. But cancer has returned. In May 2025, Lily received devastating news: the leukemia is back — this time as Acute Monoblastic Leukemia (AML), a rare and aggressive form of cancer. She is only 43 years old. She still has so much life to live — to laugh with her nieces and nephews, to walk in faith with her church, and to continue being the incredibly giving and loving soul she’s always been. But now she needs our help more than ever.
The only way to save Lily's life is a bone marrow transplant — a procedure that isn’t available anywhere in El Salvador. The only immediate option is treatment in Colombia, and time is running out.
We’re urgently trying to raise: $50,000 for the transplant This is a total of $50,000 to give Lily a second chance at life.
We know times are tough — but even a $5 or $10 donation could help move mountains. And if you’re unable to give, please consider sharing this post. It could reach someone who can. The more eyes, the more hearts, the more hope. Every prayer, every share, and every act of kindness matters. Aunt Lily’s faith in God and humanity has never wavered — and with your help, she can keep fighting. She can live. ➡️ DONATE & SHARE HERE Let’s come together for someone who’s always given her all to others. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. May your kindness return to you a hundredfold. #HelpLilyFight #BoneMarrowTransplant #SaveLily #CancerWarrior #LeukemiaAwareness #AML #FaithOverFear #HopeForLily #ElSalvadorStrong #MiracleNeeded #HumanityFirst #GoFundMeHope #FightWithLily #EveryDollarCounts #ShareToSaveALife #HealingPrayers
