Launch THE THORN in Spanish
The Story & Ministry
The Thorn is a live, theatical performance that tells the story of Jesus Christ in a totally unique way that captures the artistic beauty of God and his overwhelming love for us. Over 50,000 people attend this touring production each year with consistant testimonies of experiencing freedom from addiction, healing in their marriages and wide-eyed awakening to the extreme reality of God's love. Check out the full-length trailer here.
A New Opportunity — en Español
This past month, our very first Spanish Thorn performance, called La Espina, played to a totally sold-out house. That audience was one of the most excited, engaged and responsive crowd we’ve had in the 5-year touring history of The Thorn. (And this was just the test run!) Now we have numerous requests to bring the Spanish version of The Thorn to communities across the US, and even to South America. We definitely feel like God is in this, so we want to be all in too!
The Vision
Because we are committed to keeping La Espina the same quality as The Thorn, we need help to make up the gap between what the show costs to produce and what we feel we can charge in tickets. We’ve also got to finish translating the show, work on some new, more relevant music, hire the right staff, create beautiful La Espina marketing, arrange for a Fall Tour, etc.
The Need
The bottom line is that in order to launch La Espina, we need to raise about $35,000 and we need your help to do that. When we break down the productions costs, it takes roughly $35 for a family to see The Thorn. Can you give...
• $5 — Just skip a coffee today and pitch in.
• $35 — Help an entire family to La Espina.
• $75 — Share the Gospel experience with 2 familes!
• $150 — Sponser a family & help fund the great, new Spanish voiceovers.
• $350 — Sponser a family & help fund a fully translated musical score.
• $1000+ — Thank you so much for helping us touch so many lives!!
Will you help us reach our goal of seeing 250,000 people experience the hope of the Cross through La Espina in the next 5 years?
Thank you so much for giving!
