In Memory of Thomas Jacobs

On Sunday, May 8th Thomas was in a car accident on Disautel Pass. We were told he was not wearing his seat belt and that his rate of speed attributed to him losing control and hitting a tree. He passed away from his injuries.
We are setting up this go fund me to help pay for any medical bills, funeral costs, head stone and for a "please drive safe" high way sign in his memory.
We ask that from now on, in leu of flowers that a donation be made in his honor.
