My name is Tim Smith, and the guy in the picture is the truest friend I've ever had, Thomas Garrison.
Thomas is a flight attended for Southwest based out of Atlanta. On a recent flight, Thomas began to have violent seizures from Tampa to Minneapolis. Fortunately they were near his home and family and were able to divert to Atlanta where Thomas was rushed to the emergency room.
He is currently unconscious in a coma and has had to have a breathing machine where he is heavily sedated. As of right now the doctors do not know what is wrong or why it happened. They are currently going through and checking off probable causes.
Due use to the extreme nature of his illness, he has been in the neurological ICU ward at a local Atlanta hospital for several days.
I am am seeking donations to assist in his medical bills and expenses during his hospitalization and his eventual recovery.
