Thomas 'Finn' Finnegan was born in Philadelphia on 11/18/60 and passed away suddenly the morning of 10/11/19 in his sleep. Finn was a graduate of West Catholic High School. He served in the U.S. Navy including the Presidential Guard for Jimmy Carter. He was later employed by PennDot. Finn was an avid sports fan, especially of the Eagles, Flyers, and Penn State. He told the kids he bleeds Eagle green and that the sky was blue because God loves Penn State. Finn was always a dancer and a jokester with a great sense of humor! He enjoyed fishing and telling tall tales of his adventures. He was a self-proclaimed bass fishing pro. There wasn't an animal he did not love. Above all else Finn loved spending time with his family and his beloved wife, Nina. Nina was his world and he hers. No one ever just liked Finn, he was LOVED by everyone! He was born to the late Joseph Finnegan and Shirley Prosser Finnegan. Predeceased by his brother Joseph A. Finnegan. Survived by wife, Nina Marsero Finnegan, Children: Danielle (Sean) Ennis, Thomas Joseph (Amanda) Finnegan, James Patrick Finnegan (Alexandra Trefz), Cherished grandchildren: Skylar Finnegan, Thomas James Finnegan, Gracie Leigh Finnegan, and Riley Ennis, Sisters: Sherry (Roy) Hickey, Kathy Finnegan, and Tammi Jean (Joe) Fisher, and many other family and friends.
