This Little Kitten Needs Your Help

We found this sweet little kitten in our yard last night, meowing outside our kitchen window. It was evident that she was injured, and despite her continuous cries, no mommy cat came to her rescue. She was very scared, hissing and fighting, but only for a couple seconds as we pulled her from under the bushes where she was hiding. Then she completely surrendered and decided to trust us, giving up any notion of a fight.
She couldn't stand up to eat or drink at this time, but would take evaporated milk from an eyedropper. (It was late at night, that's all we had to offer her)
We took her to Wrightstown Veterinary where she was compassionately examined, x-rayed, and given pain medication. She also tested NEGATIVE for FIV and Feline Leukemia. She's approx 6 weeks old. She has a badly broken leg and a body wall hernia. Our vet referred us to a specialist for urgent required surgery, but sadly for this sweet kitten, the cost of surgery is completely out of our budget at this time.
Without this urgent surgery, the only option for her is euthanasia. Such heartbreaking news for this family of cat lovers. This little kitty is a living doll. So, in hopes of a blessing raining down on this sweet kitten, we are asking for donations if her story speaks to your heart.
I called many animal rescues, animal hospitals, and other charitible organizations to try to get either funding or volunteer services for her, but to no avail.
This is an urgent request for help so she can receive emergency surgery in the morning or afternoon tomorrow (It's midnight as I type this), at NorthstarVets in Robbinsville, NJ (***see updates for changes to the place of surgery)
We are keeping her as comfortable as possible right now and giving her kitten milk replacement.
If we are unable to raise enough for her surgery, we will donate the funds to local animal rescue.
