Help Michael Keep The Waffle Experience Going

Please Help! The Waffle Experience is a Veteran owned business and has served the Sacramento community since 2014, supporting numerous local charities, schools and other non-profit organizations like Make-A-Wish, the ASPCA, and more. The owner, Michael Donoho, started this company in 2014 when he brought his vision of a waffle-inspired menu to the farm-to-fork capital using fresh ingredients and scratch kitchen recipes. He built The Waffle Experience as a legacy to honor his father and brother who both have passed, but yet their memory lives on. The restaurants have had such a huge following that they are rated amongst the top restaurants in the Sacramento area. Mike’s success with the restaurants and his reputation in the community have drawn national attention and he was recently featured in Cooking Channels Man v. Food and has also been interviewed and auditioned for other cooking shows. Unfortunately, the legacy that Mike and his team have worked so hard to build is now in jeopardy due to the impact the Coronavirus pandemic has created along with rising cost due to inflation. He has already had to close down his Folsom location. He is striving to do anything possible to keep the Natomas location open. Even though the restaurant has come to a major stand still, Mike is faced with some necessary bills that must be paid in order for him to continue to keep the doors open now and in the future. Doing his part, Mike has applied for all the funds the local and Federal Governments are offering. But with little success due to all small

businesses hurting right now. He is trying to keep Natomas open to keep the opportunity to serve you and generate a little revenue to offset his ongoing and growing expenses.
