sex confirmation surgery

Hi everyone,
You all know me as Trisha Medical Case Manager, activist for my community and person always smiling and full of energy. Life has not always been easy but I have been given some good cards and people placed in my life that has shown me love so I am blessed. I am a private person so this is hard for me to do and that's ask for assistance from my community, family, and friends. I am on a journey which is life changing for me to be me and be comfortable with everything that is me physically! So i am stepping out on faith and out of my comfort zone and allowing you all to walk with me as I am vulnerable.

I have been working two jobs and have sacrificed so much in the effort to get closer to my dream. I moved out my apartment because I know with out sacrific you cant accomplish anything. Life has been hectic still working in my community and being visible showing nothing but strenght to obtain (SRS) Sex Confirmation Surgery! I want you to know that I am working hard and not just expecting it to be done by others. I have missed many hours of sleep, personal life what is that? lol so know I am putting in the work. This surgery means growth and makes me even stronger to do the work that is so greatly needed to be done.

I will use the funds to pay for travel, time off work, towards the surgery and recovery. This surgery is expensive but with the help from friends, family, community and my hard work i know i can do it!

My goal date for surgery would be November 4th 2016. As you all know that is my birth date and I will be 30 years of age what a wonderful accomplishment that will be if I can make it.  This means so much to me because its who I am. It will affect my life in so many ways making me see myself mentally and physically for who I am. This opportunity is important to me because not often trans women of color get the chance to achieve this task.
