Human trafficking victim sexual abuse victim

Hi my name is Ms. Raiden and I was a Multnomah County employee State paid for close to a decade.

Listen to my story these people all participated in a murder For hire on my life where they've been stalking me for several years and won't stop.

I'm a sexual abuse victim.

My parents and their friends have been sexually abusing me for several years. there is several Portland police officer that are are involved with them in human trafficking and sexually abusing me.

They have been intentionally having a drug addict the spokes people from Shriners hospital with different disabilities and a lot of elderly people that have been working with them who have been teaching them their old tricks of the trade from they're younger years stalk me so that it looks like I'm a drug addict even though I refuse to use drugs. when I refuse to do drugs with them then they started to call me a trader.

They started having people with disabilities and different handicaps stalked me.

I witnessed them sexually abused in someone that was mentally disabled who had mental retardation,

and so they tried to make me look as if I was incompetent or I drug addict so that they could discredit any testimony that I could give about them sexually abusing someone who was mentally retarded.

I found out that they were having sex with a lot of people that had mental retardation.

And to my best believe they had been getting them pregnant.

The spokesperson for TMZ has also been involved in stalking me and has been heavily involved in the sexual abuse that's been happening to me.

He said that it was perfectly legal because he has his journalism license.

He's been involved in stalking me since at least 2011.

And because I witnessed the drug use he's been trying to discredit me and I don't feel that any one who has their journalism license should be creditable if they have been on methamphetamine for several years.

I think that some of the judges here in Portland Oregon try to discredit me as well because of the fact that they're trying to get their own TV show so they're more focused on being in the spotlight then making a fair rulings in the courthouse.

The judge on my child custody case said that if I refuse to do drugs and she was going to make it look like I did drugs anyway,

so they decided to drag me through the dirt and continue to sexually abuse me repeatedly and deprive me nutritionally so that I would look like I was on drugs because I refuse to do drugs.

The judge on my child custody case also said that by the time she was finished with me I would need to have cosmetic surgery done.

So her and her friends decided that they were going to put poison in my food and they also where in contact with City Hall and they put fiberglass insulation in my tap water to poison me which caused me to have to go to the hospital as well for a long period of time while the hospital treated me for being sick from being poisoned.

They also forced isopropyl alcohol down my throat and other forms of alcohol as a form of torture. Which contributed to me having problems with my pancreas, kidneys, and diabetes as well.

When I reported the sexual abuse to the police department detectives office then they started to call a whole bunch of celebrities to bail them out of being convicted for sexually abusing me.

There were some people from the NBA that were also involved in sexually abusing me as well.

I always heard that it happened to other people but I never thought it would happen to me.

When I tried to get away from him they continue to stalk me and sexually abuse me.

One of my relatives is married to an NBA basketball player my cousin is.

There are several judges here in Multnomah County that are involved in human trafficking and sexually abusing me as well.

They kidnapped my daughter from me.

I've moved at least seven times trying to get away from them, and they have continued to stalk me, GPSing my location in real time, sexually abusing me several thousand times.

My Father is involved in sexually abusing me with this group of people after he got out of prison for murder.

My father was in prison for 14 years and recently confessed to sexually abusing the almost 80-year-old woman that him and his friend killed before becoming friends with the Portland Police officers once he was released from prison.

they all hang out together along with several of the politicians here in Multnomah County, Portland Oregon, and a lot of them are involved in doing drugs.

They trying to get me hooked on drugs.

I have moved several times to try to escape from them.

They also started an alumni/fraternity with the people I went to school with.

They all video record me while they sexually abuse, stalked, and harass me.

There are several people that I went to school with that are involved in human trafficking, sexually abusing, and harassing me

They are a cult.

Several of them went to Kellogg Middle School and Franklin high School as well as Mt. Tabor Middle School and David Douglas high School.

My Mother, sister, and brother are also involved with this cult in human trafficking me as well as my daughter's father and his wife and they are also involved in heavy gang member activity considering themselves to be part of a mafia or cartel.

My daughter's father has an extensive criminal history that I didn't know he had before I got pregnant by him.

The judge on the child custody case still granted him custody of our child even though he had just got out of prison for abusing me and my child.

He was charged with a felony assault 4 for doing a strangulation on me in front of our child.

He tried to kill me.

later on I found out that it was all premeditated.

Within the recent past he confessed that during the time he was raping me he was rubbing on my daughter.

she was 4 to 8 weeks old.

I believe that the only reason why some of the judges have ruled in his favor is because he is Caucasian and I'm African-American.

I was a worker for Multnomah County for close to a decade,

and in order for me to work that job I had to pass a federal background check and I still am able to pass a federal background check.

I went back to to school to try to get a degree in law,

I opened up my own business for organic produce,

I also went to City Hall and I help get a law passed for renters rights.

I did an internship at the community alliance of tenants,

and I don't have an extensive criminal history like my daughter's father.

So why he was able to get custody of my daughter I think is because of my race,

I was also told that the judge was paid off to give my daughter to her father, by somebody in our family that I was told had millions of dollars.

It was a family friend that my mother went to school with who also tried to seduce me when I was a teenager at that time she was an adult in her mid 30s.

I was also told that the judge gave my daughter to her father and his wife as a wedding gift and by the same group of people.

as well as bribery I was also told that my daughter's father had sex with the judge in order to get custody of our child as well.

I noticed that the judge had been involved in methamphetamine usage and did not seem mentally stable.

When I try to testify in our child custody cases she would tell me to shut up.

Never once giving me the right to a fair trial

But it doesn't stop there my family is heavily involved in gang member activity.

They have become friends with several of the politicians here at City Hall in Portland Oregon.

They all hang out together and they've been involved in human trafficking me as well because they consider themselves an alumni/fraternity as well as a mafia or cartel.

So as part of their initiation process,

they stalk, and sexually abused me and try to put as much stress on me, until I die.

They have been blackmailing me they have told me that they're going to kill me.

They have tried to coerce me to say that I was not sexually abused for several years.

They also are friends with the parole and probation officers of the people who sexually abused and human trafficked me,

at the Department of community Justice here in downtown Portland at the Mead building.

They have also gotten together with members of our news crew from different news stations.

They're trying to force me to go on television to lie for them by telling people that I wasn't sexually abused.

They want me to make a public apology on the news saying sorry to the people that sexually abused me and killed my children .

They want me to lie for them and say that I'm a sex offender so that they can clear the names of the people that sexually abused me and kill my children,

so that they can cover up what they did to me kidnapping my child from me, human trafficking and forcing me to have miscarriages.

The judge on my child custody case works for the Juvenile Detention Facility here in Multnomah County, in Portland, Oregon.

She's also been involved in human trafficking, sexually abusing me as well as forcing me to have miscarriages because she's attached to this group.

She also made a ruling that I cannot have children until my daughter turns 18 years old,

so they put in IUD inside of my cervix so that I can not have children,

It's a custom-made birth control. So the judge can trigger it at any time that I can not get pregnant and if I do she participates in forcing me to have miscarriages.

Because it's a custom-made piece of technology that they design it also comes with its own ultrasound for pregnancy so that if I get pregnant it's almost like your infrared sensor where they can detect if I get pregnant and then terminate the pregnancy and by triggering the custom made IUD to pop the water sack that the embryo is in. Once they triggers the IUD it has a needle that is triggered.

That needle is affixed to the custom-made IUD which it's supposed to pop the water sack before it gets to the uterus or during the time it's in the uterus.

but it must have a defect because the only thing it does is stabs me every time they trigger it.

It continues to stab the inside of the tissue inside of my lower abdominal area repeatedly which is painful

The Portland Police Department has officers that are also involved in forcing me to have miscarriages as well through the custom-made birth control that they inserted into my cervix against my will.

With a new technology that's being made they also have a device that a lot of people aren't familiar with and what it does,

they don't have to be within 250 yd and they can aim the device at my vaginal area.

which they do 24 hours a day 7 days a week and it forces me to urinate continuously.

And with it they forced me to urinate to make sure that I cannot hold any fluids in my stomach long enough to carry a fetus by forcing me to urinate continuously.

They said that they would continue to do this to me to force me to have miscarriages until I go on TV and tell people that I lied about being sexually abused.

And they want me to say that I'm a sex offender so that they can get away with sexually abusing me and kidnapping my child.

The judge on the child custody case knew that my daughter's father had an extensive criminal history.

And that I had barely anything on my criminal history

She knew that I work for the county for several years so that's the only way that she could clear her name from the assisted kidnapping.

Forcing me to say that I'm a sex offender public on television in front of child services and the judges that work for The Multnomah County Courthouse along with the police department and the people I grew up with and went to school with also the probation and parole officers of the people that sexually abused me.

They want me to say that in front of all these people

The judge of my child custody case is involved in sexually abusing me.

They had the channel 12 Fox News crew get ready for me to make a false confession so that they could air it on national television to clear the judge from being able to be prosecuted for the heinous crimes that she is involved committing against me.

Members of the channel 12 news crew has been hanging out and partying with this group of people while they continue to sexually abuse me, waiting for several years for me to make a false confession so that they can air it on national television.

After this group of people confess to sexually abusing me the District Attorney's office still refuses to prosecute them.

I found out that the judge on the child custody case has also been secretively stalking me for several years and has been a family friend for several years.

her granddaughter went out with my brother,

and they had intimate relationships with each other.

So anytime their relationship went bad the child custody judge took it out on me.

Several of the people that sexually abused me confessed to sexually abusing me.

They also confess that the sexual abuse and human trafficking that they did to me was premeditated.

That they wanted to see how much stress the human body could go through before a person died.

After that my parents planned on collecting a life insurance policy after I died from the torture that them and their friends did to me so that them and there friends could party as much as they wanted to.

It's the way that my family has been able to benefit for several years is what I was told

I was told that this isn't the first time that my mother participated in this type of event.

She confessed that she had done this three times had been a part of this type of ritual at least three times before in the past.

I was then told by the perpetrators that the District Attorney's office encourage them to do the torture to me so that I would be ugly and nobody would want me ever again.

So they set out to disfigure my body and my face so that nobody would ever want to date me again after they sexually abused me.

Even though the Multnomah County District Attorney's office knew that they were doing this to me they still refused to prosecute any of them for the sexual abusing torture that they did to me here in Multnomah County, Portland Oregon

They have electrocuted me in my head several times until almost passed out,

forcing me to blackout they have electrocuted me in my stomach when I get pregnant forcing me to have miscarriages,

to coerce me into a false confession,

and there are a couple of Mexican families with the last name Gonzalez as well as Longoria family and the Garcia's who are also involved in the stalking, sexual abuse, and torture that I've experienced.

They cut off all my resources so that I would become dependent on their families physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and economically,

so that it would look like they were the ones taking care of me and so that people would think that they were good instead of the sick people that they are.

From what I know originally there was some of the Gonzalez family that came over from Mexico illegally when I was a child and they were involved in the sexual abuse, stalking, and torture, as well as the human trafficking that I have experienced so the human trafficking started at a young age for me.

I've been sexually exploited by my family members and their friends since I've been barely able to walk as a toddler.

And since they've been secretly stalking me I have not been able to recognize all the parties that were involved and they do make contact with me on a regular basis just to taunt me because I don't recognize all of the parties that are involved in the stalking and sexual abuse that has happened to me.

Because they kept me sedated during the sexual abuse and torture and then they had several family members that hid from me while they were premeditated the sexual abuse with the perpetrators.

So they will try to come and collect information from me or they will send family members that I don't recognize to collect information from me while I try to get help for the sexual abuse and torture that they have been doing to me.

They also like using handicapped people and people with disabilities and elderly people to participate in the sexual abuse and torture because nobody will suspect those people from those type of backgrounds to be involved in human trafficking and sexual abuse.

Originally my grandmother and her sisters were involved in sexually exploiting me.

My grandmother was racist against me because I was a light skinned African-American woman

She grew up around the time when slavery was still prevalent.

she only idolized the children in our family that were dark-skinned.

So she was happy to sexually exploit me because she grew a hate for me because I was light skinned.

When I was sexually abused by their friends and family members they threatened me that if I don't say what they want me to say and do what they want me to do then they'll continue to sexually abuse me and kill me and the children that I get pregnant with.

They also sexually abused my kitten and tortured my kitten until there was feces from my kitten all over the place.

I had to contact animal services to report them for sexually abusing my kitten for 8 months.

They were electrocuting my kitten and his genitals as well as all over the rest of his body .

Electrocuting him to force him to defecate all over my apartment.

They also forced him to do things in sexual nature that nobody should have to watch happen.

This is what my family members, and their friends, members of the Portland Police Department, members of the Department of community Justice, some of the politicians at City Hall, and some of the judges here in Multnomah County with some of the Multnomah County courthouses found to be entertaining while emotionally torturing me.

They continued to tell me that I need to keep my mouth shut.

Calling me a b*tch. Stating "we need to teach this b*tch some respect" when referring to me.

They then continue to electrocute me in my head and because I refuse to do methamphetamine with them they continue to do psychological warfare to me to try to send me to a mental health institution so that they can torture me and do psychological warfare on me until I died,

because I refuse to do drugs with them they stated that I knew too much and that I was a trader.

They stated themselves that they were going to get me into a mental health institution so that they could torture me and do psychological warfare on me until I died.

So that they could shut me up from telling the public what they have been doing to me.

They also have workers and volunteers from Central City Concerns and volunteers of America that have been involved as well because they're part of their fraternity as well.

They forced me to be a part of human experimentation during the time that they have been human trafficking me and did not care whether it kill me or not even though I refused to be a part of the experimentation process that they were putting me through

The money is going to be used for necessities and for moving out of state so that I can get away from them.

like I said even as of October 21st 2024 they still continue to stalk, harass, and sexually abuse me. Since there has been several judges, police officers, and politicians that have been involved in sexually abusing me there hasn't been any arrest, because the police department is not going to arrest their own people.

They killed off almost my entire family that I created. Killing my children by forcing me to have several miscarriages.

They have continued to stalk me even as of October 21st 2024.

They put pieces of their underwear inside the food that we bought at the local grocery store here in Portland Oregon.

They wash and dry their underwear. Then lint from the dryer from their panties they put in the products in the store.

Several people that worked, lived or volunteered, at organizations that were supposed to help out human trafficking victims and other vulnerable people in the community they took the lint from their panties from the dryer and put it into the ingredients they knew that I and we (we meaning the community members) would buy at the grocery store and they mix the lint inside of several products that were purchased in the grocery store by not only me but by several people in the communities that had children that had families as well that relied on the grocery stores to sell healthy products to us/them.

And then to add insult to injury they GPS us in real time and watched as we all ate the food that had the lint from their underwear/panties mixed in it.

They then stalked me from place to place coming into contact with different people they knew that I would be in association with.

They told me that if I didn't say what they wanted me to say then they would continue to kill my children.

The proceeds from the donations will go to help me.

To stop them from being able to kill my children.

To slow down the right of them being able to stalk me.

To help bring awareness to the community.

To give me a good place to access food safely.

To help me physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and economically because of the sexual abuse and the torture.

They have also kept me isolated so that I cannot get help

And if I try to get help then they hurt me.

And they have kept me isolated emotionally, physically, socially, and economically so that they can continue to sexually abuse me in secret.

Because of the poisoning and torture that they did to me I ended up in the hospital for 10 days within the past few years.

I was bleeding internally from the sexual abuse that they did to me I bled internally for at least 3 years.

The poison that they put into my food included fiberglass insulation, drugs, and several other foreign substances.

They also sold poison food to members of the community.

The food products that they poison cause me to have problems with my pancreas with my kidneys causing me to have diabetes.

I'm reaching out to the community to ask for the community to donate to my cause so that I can bring me and my family that I have left to a safer way of living.

and to help me live a better life.

After the police would have their informants sexually abused me they would force me to have miscarriages by electrocuting me in my stomach to kill the babies.

Just recently there was a federal judge who worked on a case where I was seeking Justice and for being Human trafficked, and sexually abused, assaulted, being tortured where the people were doing electronic torture to me as well as psychological warfare on me.

During the judges ruling the federal judge wrote false information in the ruling on my case so that the other parties in the case would prevail.

And then another federal judge following it up with falsifying more information about me that was recommended by the original federal judge on the case to cover up the first Federal Judges lies that were told about me.

In other words the federal judges flat out lied about what I said,

leaving me hanging to be raped repeatedly over and over again.

I had to write to the Federal courthouse to let them know that the judge falsified information to help the other parties prevail in the case

I believe the judge may have done this because one of the people that was mentioned in the case was a judge and there would have been some benefits for the judge to make a ruling in the other party's favor.

I believe that because there was some politicians that were mentioned as well as some police officers it was more beneficial for the for the federal judge to have the other party's prevail in the case then to rule in my favor so I am seeking Justice for being abused still.

Some of the proceeds will go for me to seek justice.

Even though this federal judge wrote up frivolous statements in order to have the other parties on the case prevail there were four judges at least that ruled in my favor in order for me to seek Justice For being Human trafficked having, electronic torture, electronic harassment done to me, being sexually abused, and stalked.

So you win some and you lose some but that doesn't mean you give up and four out of five judges ruled in my favor so I'll continue to seek Justice.

A lot of the informants that were involved in sexually abusing me our housed with other informants at The Volunteers of America facility at 2318 Northeast Martin Luther King boulevard Portland Oregon 97212

To my understanding a lot of them hang out and live at City Hall here in Portland Oregon as well as the Hilton hotel in downtown Portland, Oregon and the Multnomah County Courthouse.
