My name is Melissa. I am on a mission to grow health and change lives.
In 2013 I was hit in the head with a 50 pound plate that fell on me from the inside of an elevator. I was knocked unconscious, rushed to the hospital for tests and left unable to think straight, speak properly or navigate in life. I lost my independance, my sanity and my dignity.
The advice I received from medical professionals left me confused, frustrated and feeling alone. I wasn’t getting better and actually I was feeling worse.
One day, after being unable to command my legs to walk up the stairs with groceries I collapsed in a heap and cried to myself. I decided that day that I was going to heal myself and just began doing all the great things I knew had worked for others. Overtime I regained my abilities and also gained a lot from the experience.
I now use my knowledge of healing and experience of self healing to help others.
