Celebrating my sixth year in business as a one man operation I am looking to take my doggy daycare  to the next level  and secure my place in the Philly scene by purchasing a property to permanently house The Towne Barker . looking to stay within a mile and hopefully find something customizable with a bit of outdoor space. This will help me stake claim in a rising rental market   as well as provide future security, a challenge for the self employed  like myself.  Because I am financing  a purchase thru a small business loan I will be required  to front 10-15% of the total loan  as well as application fees, appraisal costs inspection costs closing fees, renovations etc etc. I am working towards that goal myself any and all help  will be greatly and humbly appreciated. ❤️
