The Poppie Shop Launch
Donation protected
Hey Friends!
This is really the last thing on earth I imagined doing, but I am humbly asking for a little help to get my business off the ground.
The Poppie Shop started when I could no longer work on the Cancer floor as a nurse anymore due to my injured back. I started working outpatient and thinking about what activities are life-giving for me. I love creating everyday items that bring you + your family +friends joy. I currently sell on etsy and have been mostly single-handedly fulfilling all of my wholesale orders to Pigment in San Diego. I about lost my marbles when I found out that Rifle Paper Co. is coming out with fabric. I got my hands on some sample fabric and already have pre-orders for over 1,000 items. Although I am beyond excited, C.J. and I have been funding the entire business by ourselves and have very limited launch ability right now.
I am looking for your much needed help as I will need to pay for the order of fabric as well as sustainable and responsible labor. I insist on keeping production in California and have high handmade standards.
I am looking for your support in a number of ways. Sharing The Poppie Shop's info, praying for wisdom for me and ways to responsibly source labor, or donating/placing a pre-order for the Rifle Collection. Thank you so much for any and all of your support. It felt very silly to say outloud that I was pursuing this dream, but my confidence has grown with the support of so many friends and family and I am really excited to bring these items out of my mind and into your world!
Each $40 or $65 donation is a "pre-order" for a cream tote that has the adorable floral fabric heart cut-out hand sewn onto it or my deluxe canvas tote with leather handles called "Floral Fantasy" on Etsy.
