My crew and I are embarking on a deeply personal journey to create a 40 minute length short film that explores the themes of redemption, resentment, and the inner demons we all battle every day.
Inspired by the psychological intensity of Stephen King’s IT, the gritty realism of The Shield, and the haunting atmosphere of The Shining, my film features Gabriel Mcdade as the Devil, and Henry Carter - a retired police detective. The story centers on detective Carter locking himself in a hotel room, only to confront the devil within—a dramatic duel that pushes the boundaries of character and storytelling.
This story is not just about suspense and thrills; it’s about the hope of a brighter future and the struggle to overcome the darkness that can separate us from those we love. At its heart is a man estranged from his daughter, fighting for redemption while navigating a heist plot line that adds layers of tension and excitement. Every scene is crafted to permeate the depths of the viewer’s soul, inviting them to reflect on their own battles and the possibility of light beyond the shadows.

ABOUT ME:
My video editing journey began in 2008 with Windows Movie Maker, then to Vegas Studio, evolving into Sony Vegas Pro. I've embraced Adobe editing suites to bring creative visions to life.
I’m proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Adobe Audition. My experience also includes editing experiences within an Avid Media Composer workflow, performing time-code syncing, audio restoration, sound design, and engineering across a multitude of projects—both personal, and online.
It’s often the unseen elements that evoke the strongest feelings and spark our imaginations. I have always believed that sound is the most vital aspect of film, alongside lighting; it’s what cultivates atmosphere and emotion. My love for film and cinema transcends genre—it’s about the essence of storytelling. Crafting something enduring and impactful is an art.
