Our Family’s Home

My parents, Sarah and Bob, have to move out after nearly 18 years in their little house; The house where they raised two daughters, a foster daughter, a granddaughter, and was a home away from home and a safe haven for lots of kids and adults. My dad works for Ventura College teaching Chemistry but his hours were severely cut for the summer AND he does not get paid again until August. My mom has a back injury and receives a small amount of Social Security. Even if they can find affordable housing in the community they love and support, they are unable to afford the huge cost of moving. My mother is well known in the arts community in Ventura, as an artist and a volunteer. My parents always try to help others in any way they can, but now they really need some help! It would mean the world to me (and them) if you can help in any way, or at least share, share, share!
