Please help support Alyssa and Joe in recovering from this unexpected event in thier life.

Alyssa and Joe got married on the 16th of August and spent thier honeymoon in Brekenridge. Saving for thier wedding and thier honeymoon took many months of budgeting and cutting costs wherever they could. Both Joe and Alyssa are only 22 years old, work full time jobs to afford thier apartment and bills, and are students as well. They do not live a life of luxury by any means but are very happy living life with each other and get by on what they have.

They were devastated to come home after thier honeymoon to spend the first night in thier home together as a married couple, to wake up to thier car being gone. It had been stolen from right outside thier apartment.

The car was discovered 40 minutes away from them and had been absolutely destroyed on the inside and outside, with parts removed, mechanics ripped open, huge dents and broken glass on the hood, and the bumpers totally destroyed on both sides. All of Joe's United States Marine stuff had also been stolen from the vehicle. The hardest thing is the car insurance will not cover any of the damages, and Joe had tirelessly worked to save for this car in the past and he fully owned it.

Joe and Alyssa are heartbroken and angry about this situation and now have to move apartments to a safer area in ADDITION to purchasing a new vehicle as the area they are living in is not safe and car thefts have suddenly heightened over the last 6 months at their complex. It is essential they purchase a new vehicle soon so they can continue to get to work and meet their responsibilities to sustain their newlywed lives together.

Colorado is extremely expensive and any amount of support will be absolutely appreciated. Our goal is to raise $6000 for Mr and Mrs Egan to put toward moving costs and help build a cushion for them as they scramble to cover costs for another vehicle and another apartment.
