To our friends and family;

For the past year Caitlin and I have been struggling with affording our immigration process. We have avoided asking for help due to our strong desire to be self sufficient, mixed with mutual feelings of embarrassment.

Unfortunately our time window is closing in on us faster than we can keep up. Despite our best efforts, we are unable to save enough money to afford our attorney fees and application costs. The stress and fear we have been dealing with while trying to save and scrape by has reached a climax as Caitlin's risk of having to return to Canada is now more real than ever.

As many of you know; we live on very little, require very little to be happy, and live in a very little home with our very little dogs. We know what it's like to want to give big while having little to offer, so please know that every little bit counts and will be treasured.

We are asking for no more than the exact remainder of what is still needed for our attorney fees and application costs.
