Hey y'all, I’m Shana.

For 30 years, I moved through the world as an advertising executive and media maven. Before that, I was a cheerleader and a dancer. We spend so much of our lives wearing these titles like badges of honor, but four years ago, when I was laid off, I was reminded how quickly those professional identities can fall away.

Then came the biggest shift of all: I became a survivor of triple negative breast cancer. While I am profoundly blessed to be here, that title has come with a physical price. The trauma of my treatments—the chemotherapy, surgeries, radiation, and immunotherapy—has been a long, taxing journey. My body is still working hard to recover, and right now, my focus must be on healing.

I am currently in a season where I am not working, but I am certainly not finished. God has placed a new vision on my heart—a future where I am a leader and a creator, producing ideas that are inspired by faith. But to get to that next chapter, I have to cross the finish line of this one.
