SNAPSHOT : Leon Black is currently being interrogated for his past relationship with Jeffrey Epstein which includes happy endings from fake massage therapists, yet no one is interrogating him about an alleged $430B siphoning of the insurance industry among 45 U.S. insurers at Apollo Global Management despite it setting the stage for a financial collapse.…..but Leon & his two former partners—Marc Rowan & Josh Harris--- are no longer the problem & quite frankly, he's more capable of fixing the problem than are the “good guys” who currently waste everyone’s time seeking glory by misdirecting to fake heroism.

…..This above scenario involves my own ME TOO story wherein no one is more guilty of preying upon low-key, female citizens than the aforementioned “good guy” who exploits them then throws them away because they know they can get away with it. (Stormy Daniels comes to mind). This is invariably paired with distracting the public from the real problems as those in power instead choose sham activism that showboats undeserving people & undeserving trash causes, i.e., bad actors with no proof & only questionable attorneys like E. Jean Carroll, while the defenders of humanity close rank on the real victims & the real whistleblowers as we've seen from R. Kelly’s, attorney collusion that protected their client’s criminal & unethical activities.

….. This is what's happened to me & it’s why it would be more productive at this point to work with the more capable so-called, “bad guy” for the good of all society being that the good guy is oftentimes the “worse guy”. THIS is what my petition's appeal will explain & it’s why it was originally titled, “the bad guy deserves to win if this is the good guy”.

**My story is one that the public should have heard about this around the break of the pandemic until my former partner, Tom Gober--- an illustrious CFE who had investigated Warren Buffet with the Feds but took Hank Greenberg instead--- sabotaged a high-level & high-profile, fraud campaign that would have made it unavoidable in terms of exposing the fraud schemes wreaking havoc on the economy that had been going undetected for years with the aim being to produce a more lasting & positive change in the process.

This destroying of his own sandcastle was an unethical, power kick to ensure that he deprived me of what he called the “watershed moment”, aka., contingency, as punishment for me not siding with him over that of an investor. In reality, it was me insisting that he wouldn’t disavow all investors then expect me to continue working for him for free on an indefinite basis especially when he was dodging contracts because his “word is gold & how dare I ask”.

……OR maybe it had more to do with his own humiliation at panhandling investors while disregarding their admonishments pertaining to their own security compliance laws. Needless to say, sheer ignorance & petulance is oftentimes followed by not being able to handle correction & lashing out at partners who suggest that he speak to their security compliance officer friend for future reference. Either way, is a high-level, CFE really doing investors any favors by telling them that a major holding of theirs is insolvent then expecting a pat on the back despite not offering any solutions?

Then again, my former partner was someone who expected something for nothing whether it be positive results from his clairvoyant panhandling of major, APO fraud cases to financially strapped investors going through a divorce OR the hiring of some scruffy, college kid to stalk me at what he thought was my apartment by coming armed with shabby, hand-picked flowers which he misrepresented as being from a florist that wasn't even in town. This only served to scare my property manager who wouldn't let him past the front door, not unlike the investor David Einhorn who was unresponsive to clairvoyant panhandling….. Incidentally, this stalking incident came on the heels of me posting a burn site on my former partner.

You all can read more about this in my petition & on my Facebook site, but a brief run down of the cast of characters includes Dee Miles of Beasley Allen who was my former, business partner’s most “go-to” attorney that had been promised to the lobbyist-- Robert Houton. In fact, Tom had stated to him that “Dee will do whatever I wanna do” which makes one wonder who is the tail & who is the dog in that relationship. Anyway, Dee was disturbed by what he heard, but I was even more disturbed to find out from talking to Dee that the only thing he knew about me was the false narrative Tom Gober had convinced himself of which would be that our professional relationship was founded upon me writing a book for him.

Bottom line, this biography was a side project conceived of 2.5 years into our working relationship AND in the same month Gober met with hedge fund manager David Einhorn--- the guy behind the Lehman debacle--- wherein a little over a year later our relationship was abruptly dissolved with no more than a dozen pages to show for this biography. This brevity was due to the fact that not only did Gober push away from working on the very book he suggested, but the book made no sense in the first place nor did Gober’s bizarre vision of marketing it to an indie, French publisher while never paying me then acting like he was doing me a favor by including me.

…... But what did make sense was for Dee Miles to know that he had been promised to a lobbyist in a major campaign that would take his career to new heights and on a guided tour wherein the book was an afterthought. Bottom line, my intention was to bring together complementary forms of expertise--- Big Investor, Big Law & Big Lobbyist along with all of its accompaniments.

….. Like the lobbyist said, “Congress & Maxine Waters before Hollywood”. But unfortunately, when Rob the lobbyist wasn't hitting on me, he was abandoning me for another project. Nonetheless, he let me know that he'd be there if I were to bring on the billionaire investors myself, but only after I tracked him down on a private, phone line AND despite him promising to make the phone calls to investors himself.

FAST FORWARD: Robert---who is a failed Maryland, Senatorial candidate when he isn't serving as an irritating, pickup artist--- expressed regret when hearing of Tom’s botched, second attempt with the recalcitrant investor, David Einhorn, wherein a buffer such as himself was required which is why I approached Robert in the first place. Next, Robert took a modicum of accountability by admitting that he should have made the call before deflecting blame upon the client who was in need of a higher-level handler to whom I could pass the reins without losing my shirt.

**ACCOUNTABILITY & CRONYISM CULPABILITY: At one point I had an attorney from a major, prestigious law firm who was willing to represent me, but he was told by the firm that there was a conflict of interest. This is what can be seen as “closing ranks” thus the representation did not proceed.

….. Unfortunately, subsequent efforts to find appropriate legal support consisted of local attorneys in small private practices who were out of their league as they couldn’t grasp the simple concept of this campaign, yet their egos were unable to accept it even as they evinced a tenuous grasp of implied contract law in the state of Virginia along with an envious, misogynistic streak that didn’t want to see me do well even if it were to the detriment of society--- HRC & Kamala understand!

….Furthermore, these tiny, local, private practices understood that my former, business partner didn't have deep pockets, just a malignant personality that withholds. In other words, this would require forcing him to perform his duties wherein he's already alienated everybody involved and this mending of impossible fences was something that small-time attorneys couldn’t do nor did major investors want them at the table anyway.

Bottom line, my former partner--- Tom Gober--- is a provably unhinged & unregulated con artist at large thanks to him knowing from the start that he could get away with it because those in positions of power abuse those they claim to defend. Moreover, he has not only stolen my business model by working with Wall Street profiteers, Steve Eisman, who he said he would never entertain for ethical reasons, but he’s deprived his own attorneys of lawsuits they were supposed to be working on with investors & lobbyists who they had been promised to…..But of course, this pathological liar stonewalled his attorney--- who already had lawsuits in play with him--- with transparent lies.

QUESTION: Is anyone to actually believe that a person would spend almost four years of my life on contingency just to sit around armchair theorizing with this man at Starbucks over the fate of the life insurance industry & taking his erratic abuse halfway in whilst making phone calls to billionaire investors & pulling in White House connected lobbyists along with 9-figure, settlement attorneys for a high-level campaign to expose corporate fraudsters that satiated my former partner's “do or die”, ten-point checklist just because I had too much time on my hands???

…..Nowadays, this “Preacher of Starbucks” continues to exploit unsuspecting private citizens in his never-ending, Trump-like mission to get something for free out of the “little guy” who he’s supposed to be defending while operating under the guise of doing God’s work. In reality, he is a fraudster's best friend who basks in the attention of being seen as “an angel sent from God with a message for the world” just to use David Einhorn of Greenlight Capital’s own words.

The cold, hard truth is that Tom Gober has effectively allowed the largest forms of fraud to be perpetrated by corporate terrorists, now Trump oligarchs, while committing his own acts of fraud & abuse against not only the policyholders, but against private citizens while adding his own chapter to the ME TOO Movement in terms of female exploitation while also serving as the catalyst for what can effectively be called “the other Epstein File”. Nonetheless, this altruistic narcissist preaches about the need for others to be regulated without seeing that one cannot put the cart before the Gober horse.

And by “the Other Epstein File”, I mean that he has resurfaced & been “given legs” by a network of:

1. Provably fake journalists such as Gretchen Morgensen who was the first of two journalists I alerted to the situation (see Facebook)

2. Provably deceptive attorneys such as Dee Miles of Beasley Allen.

3. Provably unreliable & inappropriate lobbyist, Robert Houton

4. Provably unaccountable public figures such as Letitia James who did not heed my warning about Tom Gober and the fraud he concealed back in 2023 as these people who were to be exposed just prior to the pandemic are now in the Trump oligarchy.

5. Provably unaccountable Harry Markopolos, aka., the man who took down Madoff & someone who agreed that Leon Black belongs behind bars more than anyone. Instead, Harry treated me as a rival instead of thanking me by picking up the trail despite me having more on Black than he & his team of investigators did….FYI, this is based upon a 90 minute talk…..Some hero & so much for a qualified, independent review!

6. Provably unaccountable sham activist, Joseph. T Wells--- the founder of the ACFE who holds the vague title of being a top 100 in national security--- he blew me off as did his underlings in the ethics department who post complaints about $4 trillion in occupational fraud, yet do nothing about a member of their organization that sabotaged an effective campaign to expose it AND was once described by a local attorney I consulted as “Tom doesn't live up to any industry's standards of ethics”.

All of these distinguished jokers have re-victimized me by suppressing Tom Gober’s criminal actions that affect the public--- along with his massive contribution to the ME TOO Movement that has expanded its definition of intimidation & imbalance of power--- which is why I’m taking my complaints to the people.

Bottom line, the so-called “defenders of justice” and anti-Trumpers are in effect culpable & shameless colluders who have failed not only me, but the public who I’m trying to serve as opposed to pretending to serve it by using unsuspecting victims for free labor wherein they are unwittingly enabling this narcissistic grifter’s “one man against the system crusader” façade. This is my former partner--- Tom Gober--- who seeks out victims who will help him in his quest for self-aggrandizement while getting something for nothing except for a “Gober story”. This is not unlike the sculptor who never got paid for a 15-foot, gold statue of Donald Trump and has nothing to show for it except for wasted time & money spent on a bullshit artist who only gives you half the story.

Right now, the focus is on my home business that's been proven capable of two things: First, bringing together a team of White House connected lobbyists paired with that of billionaire investors who are provably capable of bringing on primetime media coverage then partnering them with nine figure settlement, corporate attorneys working on contingency. So yes, massive attention would have materialized as I continue to see these investors in magazines & on prime time financial news.

...... Second, I’ve been proven effective at organizing information that’s communicated my experience and brought my concerns to the attention of people who may be willing to examine them.

Example, I’ve alerted the Delaware insurance commissioners of Brighthouse Financial’s insolvency which was established broke from day one by MetLife in the state of Delaware. This is provable according to my former partner who has served as the lead, expert witness in 9-figure settlements. But if he is wrong about his sworn statements, than he should have his licenses revoked followed by journalists being forced to retract his statements & him ultimately paying me for damages in the process--- NOT my site taken down.

…... Incidentally, this insolvency is important as the company is now in transition to be acquired by a private equity that is aware of the situation which means that we have a potential debt recapitalizations scheme on the horizon.

BOTTOM LINE: All the bad people I’ve discussed thus far have one thing in common with Jeffrey Epstein, and that is they prey upon people in their most vulnerable moments to the point that their lives have become irreparable following the devastating tornado that was their professional relationship.
