Support Chartier girls Jiu Jitsu and wrestling Dreams

Hi, my name is Catarina and my sister is Chloe I am a 13 year old Canadian girl. My sister is 10.

My journey in Jiu jitsu began in 2019 a wrestling started in 2023. I tried many other sports, but i wasn’t enjoying anything more than the other. I tried Jiu jitsu when I was 7 as an after school sport an after that wrestling just clicked. Soon after I went into my first Competition, I was nowhere near ready, but it was part of my learning experience. Competition taught me why I need to train and learn. Ever since then I have trained 5-7 days a week trying to learn as much as i possibly can. I’ve competed all around BC and Alberta, also U.S. tournaments having over 60 competition wins this far, 50 of them I finished in submission. It’s been a big mental struggle competing but it has helped me grow as a person and athlete. My love for Jiu jitsu and wrestling has allowed me teach my younger sister in my spare time what I know and now we train a lot together. She never had an interest to go to class but one day she decided to try it out and competed. She realized she knew a lot her love for it also grew. She now trains in the gym and loves to compete, she has over 36 wins and 26 by submission. We both compete in Gi and No gi in jiu jitsu and both folk style ad freest in wrestling

A normal day in our lives would be, waking up to work out, Eat breakfast, some free time before school, go to before school activities or school for the day then either after school activities or home change for Jiu jitsu and off to the gym. We do two classes together then I do some adult classes without her. Go home to clean up eat dinner and rest for another day ahead. 

Chloe and I have a goal to compete around the world with some of the highest levels that we can compete in and to be wrestling olyimpian and nationalist, Proving that we can be the best in the world. We have been collecting bottles for a few years now. But with any travel the amount of money we need is very high. I understand the cost of our dreams and we have started to sell off old toys and clothes and we are hoping that we could ask for some financial support to anyone willing to help us get there.
