My name is Laura Wilkinson (D) and I am working with Ed Sunderland (R) to force the State of Texas to do its job and purge the elections system of ineligible candidates under Sec. 31.006 of the Texas Elections Code.
Our State and Nation are in electoral, political and judicial crisis which if left unaddressed will result in the permanent transformation of the Constitutional Republic and destruction of the democratic process as we know it.
Mr. Sunderland and I have challenged the Texas Republican Party and the Texas Democrat Party over the eligibility of all their relevant 2016 Presidential candidates. We asked the State Dem and Rep Party Certifying Authorities to send our challenge directly to the Presidential Candidates under a presumed process of vetting by state election oversight officials.
We sent the same challenges to the TXSOS and demanded that the Texas Chief Elections Officer engage the Major Political Parties and request that they offer documentary proof of candidate identification and eligibility to run for and to hold the Office of the President per the Presidential Federal Employment Criteria or Article II, Sec. 1, Clause 5.
Both the Texas Secretary of State and the Texas Attorney General have refused our demand for performance and thus have knowingly put the entire 2016 State/National hybrid Election cycle at risk for nullification due to the corruptive presence of ineligible candidates for President.
This is significant because as a usurper to office, the political product cannot represent anyone but him or herself. You may cast a vote for anyone you choose to vote for, but you cannot expect representation as a result of a nullified vote cast under false pretext.
To date neither the Texas State Democrat or Republican private political branding corporations (PPBC) have contacted any of the Presidential Candidates to make them aware that they are under active eligibility challenge in the State of Texas. We have asked them to and they have refused.
We know this because they told us as much and refused to cooperate. As such, the State Party Chairpersons have put all the Presidential Candidates at risk in this election, legal and illegal. If the US Constitutional Term of Art Natural-born Citizen is not addressed and resolved, we, as a nation, will end up with a third nullified Presidential Election cycle. The system failed catastrophically in 2008 and 2012. This time however the nation will be made aware of the State and Federal corporate negligence involved in suppressing discovery of the true conditions of eligibility for the candidates as determined by a recognized definition for the US Constitutional terms of art natural-born Citizen and X years a resident.
Mr. Sunderland and I respectfully urge Mr. Trump and all other Presidential Candidates to contact their State Party in Texas and ask them to forward the challenges submitted against them to the candidates in order to answer our eligibility challenge and send the required documents to the Texas Secretary of State directly.
The reason we are reaching out to Mr. Trump specifically, is that of all the Presidential Candidates, he is addressing the first task of a candidate for US Chief Constitutional Officer and openly questioning the eligibility of rival candidates who are currently committing perjury while campaigning and thus destroying intelligent choice.
The political liars must be held accountable and to do this they must be identified and challenged.
We are trying to correct the Electoral System in Texas and will go to the Supreme Court to do so. We will do it with you or without you. It is your decision, I cannot compel you to do anything. But I do urge every one of you, who views this page, to educate yourself on this matter and to realize that you are being overtly disenfranchised of your right to free speech and to vote. No court below the High Court of the United States has the authority or the jurisdiction to define a US Constitutional term of art. Period. This controversy has not been settled by any state or federal judicial or electoral entity.
This is an attack on the nation and on its lawful people by the political caste. If you think something is wrong with the direction of the nation, you are correct. You need to assume that both parties and their political products are lying to get your vote and respond appropriately.
Consider the thesis: if Mr. Obama was installed as a usurper to office in 2008 and 2012, and if Mr. Cruz and Mr. Rubio are the Republican choices for usurpers in 2016, then both parties have consented to have an illegal political product take control of the Nation without challenge and that is treason. Mrs. Clinton did not raise any objection in 2008, and she does not raise any objection in 2016. Nor do any of the other Presidential candidates for office, except Mr. Trump.
That is their duty and their obligation as candidates for this particular office and they have failed it.
This is not an endorsement of Mr. Trump, but a recognition that he alone has recognized the threat to this nation and as a US Citizen and political candidate has challenged it openly over multiple election cycles. I am hoping that Mr. Trump is running for President for the good of the Nation and to effect positive change to "Make American Great Again." You will forgive me if my political cynicism is showing, but I am willing to work with Mr. Trump if he is willing to work with me towards the common goal of cleaning the system up and returning ethics and honesty to our elections.
The first step is to get the Texas Supreme Court to recognize the constitutional crisis and then to make the Texas Secretary of State do his job.
All Mr. Trump has to do at this point is comply with the challenge and start the judicial review of the Presidential Federal Employment Criteria under Article II, Sec. 1, Clause 5. In fact, all any of the Presidential candidates have to do is to respond to the challenge by contacting the Texas State Party Chairpersons and ask them for the details, and then send their proof of Identity documents to the Texas Secretary of State. This isn't Mr. Trump's fight alone, it is the first test of leadership for all the Presidential Candidates, and all but Mr. Trump have failed this task overtly and spectacularly.
It is in all our interests if we work together on this, as the SCOTUS will continue to refuse to do their job if they are not challenged by both a current Presidential Candidate and active holders of State voter franchises. Suing Sen. Cruz or Sen. Rubio directly will not get either evaluated for eligibility because the system is rigged against the voters and any challenge submitted as protective of their vote, their free speech and their citizen sovereignty.
We are running out of time.

An act of election fraud so blatant that neither PPBC has bothered to seek resolution from the only court in the land that has the jurisdiction to define US Constitutional Terms of Art: The Supreme Court of the United States. They would be kings and will break the law and the trust of the American people to make it so.
Until the SCOTUS resolves the controversy of natural-born Citizen as jus soli and jus sanguinis in context with the 14th amendment and born a US Citizen subject to the complete jurisdiction of the US Government, this nation and its lawful people are placed at risk of complete nullification of their personal vote and any election in which illegal and ineligible candidates are allowed open and unquestioned access to the process and ballot, which, as a consequence, nullifies that election, falsifies all state certificates of election and ascertainment, and destroys the function of the Electoral College.
This is no trivial matter, nor is it a frivolous concern.
We should not stand by and allow a corrupted system to be further debased and our vote and elections to be undermined by political parties and their political products at war with the nation and its lawful people.

This effort to correct the malfunction in this nation takes money. As one of the long term unemployed, I do not have the funds to take this challenge forward. That was never by accident. I and millions of others are deliberately being denied our rights to free speech by destruction of economic opportunity.
I ask for your support. I and Mr. Sundernland will do the challenge in court, we hope you will join us by contributing what you can. Together we can get a constitutional loop hole slammed shut before any more damage is done to the nation by feckless members of the political caste, state and/or federal.
