MS Benefit for Tom Gay

Hello, my name is Jason Gay. In June of 2000, my father, Tom Gay, was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. This disease, which affects the central nervous system, has completely taken over my father's physical and mental health. My family and I have watched him progress from a strong-willed active man, to a wheel-chair bound weak person who requires assistance around the clock.
My family and I are asking for donations to help cover medical expenses and also to help purchase a wheel-chair accessible van. We want our father to continue enjoying life to the best of his ability and also spend valuable time with his 4 young grandchildren.
