We are not just a team but we are also parents that believe our children deserve the best, I bet you feel the same way too.
A report by the Early Years Alliance has found that 69% of nurseries, pre-schools and childminders expect to operate at a loss over the next six months. A quarter say they are ‘likely’ to close down within the year due to Covid-19. This reduction will greatly effect families that have been made redundant and are looking for work and also families who are in work who need to find a new childcare provider.
Parents and carers are crying out for help but nobody is listening.
We want to help parents and carers get back into work.
We understand that a lot more jobs are offering ad hoc hours, evening work or atypical hours so we want to create a facility with extended hours to give everyone the hours they need for them to get back into work.
We want to help parents and carers already in work.
The pandemic has meant a lot of businesses have had to change their business hours which has led to staff needing to change childcare or use multiple childcare providers. We will offer flexibility and we will remove the need to pre-book your children’s stay with us meaning you can work with a peace of mind and achieve a better work and family life balance.
We will provide:
A safe and secure facility.
Longer hours of care for atypical, late shift and ad hoc workers.
A facility that can be contacted on short notice (same day).
Activities using a mixture of gadgets, books, games and more.
A service that you don't need to book in advance.
A Holiday club to assist parents during half terms and summer holidays.
A service for kids and/or parents wanting respite and much more.
We are starting our own childcare facility in North London in Spring 2022 but...
WE NEED YOUR HELP. Finding the funding is a great challenge, we need your assistance. We want to purchase the best equipment, hire the best staff, create the perfect space for kids and more....
We WILL be the change. Help us become the change.
As much as we want donations, we want to reward those who show support.
1. £20 earns you a Team MD pen or fridge magnet (first come first serve)
2. £50 will entitle you to a 10% off Voucher for Team MD’s childcare facility.
3. £100 will entitle you to a 25% off Voucher for Team MD’s childcare facility.
4. £500 will entitle you to 16 hours free afternoon (3pm – 7pm) or evening stay Vouchers (7pm – 11pm) at Team MD’s childcare facility.
5. £1000 gets you a £100 Amazon Gift Voucher and 32 hours free afternoon (3pm – 7pm) or evening stay Vouchers (3pm – 11pm) at Team MD’s childcare facility.
