On January 13, 2014 Danielle was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident on her way to lectures at East Liverpool City Hospital. Danielle is a well loved first year Family Medicine resident at River Valley Health Partners. She was flown to UPMC Presbyterian. She suffered a pelvic fracture and required multiple corrective surgeries. She will requrie extensive rehabilitation and physical therapy. Her family is from out of state and her boyfriend, who is a college student, is traveling from Youngstown daily to see her. We are hoping to raise money to help offset their travel expenses and her out of pocket expenses for her treatment.
