Dominicks fight with cancer

Hi all, this is Dominick. He is my bright bubbly and wonderful 4 yr old. We have just been given the news that we will be battling neuroblastoma cancer. It is a very rare and serious cancer that affects the adrenal glands on top of his kidneys. We will be needing help with medical and daily expenses as one of us will need to stay with him in the hospital while the other or a caregiver will need to stay with our type 1 diabetic 2 yr old William and our 8 yr old Nathan as well as work. Life got really hard really fast and any support or prayers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
