On April 7th, I was diagnosed with BREAST CANCER. These are two words that have caused me to PAUSE!!! This literally stopped me in my tracks! I was devastated; I couldn’t believe it! How could this be happening to me??? With this new development came tons of appointments and all this new information... How could I possibly ever remember it all???

I was still dealing with having ended a relationship with a man that I love with all my heart. My contract ended with my employer and now I’ve been diagnosed with breast cancer. All in a matter of three weeks!!!

Since my diagnosis I have had two cycles of Chemo, I’ve had a port put in my arm, I’ve lost ALL my hair and I’m fighting!!!   You may ask, “Why am I posting this now?” Well, I’m ready to stop hiding, to stop feeling embarrassed, to stop crying and to reach out to my friends, my family, my VILLAGE. Simply, because I need you!

With each  cycle of Chemo brings new side effects as the medication builds up in my body. I have 4 cycles of Chemo remaining, breast surgery, radiation and 9 months of continued medication via my implanted port.

This is why I need your help.  I am fighting to save my life, and need funds to continue the process.
