*English description below

Who is Samuel?

Samuel is fascinated by Chinese culture since always: martial arts and philosophy. In 1999, he began his journey in the martial arts and trained with several internationally renowned experts. In 2005, his fascination with the human body and biomechanics made him graduate as a Kinesitherapist. That same year, he began studying and practicing Neigong, Qigong, Tai Chi and Taoist self-massage with Sifu Raf Chen. As co-founder of Iron Pine Internal Way, he has shared his passion for teaching since 2018. He approaches the system from both a biomechanical and internal perspective.

On the menu for the challenge:

Samuel will take on this challenge outside in a public place in Montreal that will be released in the coming weeks. The record breaking will be a participative public event. Montrealers are invited on site to support the protagonist and the rest of the world, live on social media, to make the last moves together that will lead him to the finish line.

What is Tai Chi?
