Fundraiser 2 Help Mom set on Fire

Hi, I was trynna get some help with My Mother. She was set on Fire last month June 12, 2016 in a alley off of Avalon & Vernon behind a check cashing building. She was recovering well til tthins took a turn and she stop breathing on her on. She was placed on life support as a vegetable. She is not responding to anything leaving doctors to give us (her children) 2 options of ethier going to a Nursen home getting fed threw a tube if she start to breath on her on or Calmly put to her Rest. My mom will never be able to come home and i do not want her to live like this. We have not gotten any information on Why this happen or Who did this to my mother. If you can help i would appreciate it.
