Thomas J. Seaton Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Thank you for visiting this memorial gofundme page dedicated to Tomas J. Seaton. My name is Jesse D. Garrett and I created this page to honor the memory of my friend who took his own life last week.
T.J. and I met in high school and immediately became close, as our inner circle of friends formed a bond that would endure well beyond our time together in Union City and San Francisco. We would go on to be roommates in college, would work together at Noah's Bagels as managers to pay the rent, and would find countless adventures roaming the streets of S.F. Needless to say...I'll never forget our friendship.
We have set a goal to raise $10,000.00 to donate to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. Suicide is preventable and claims the life of over 37,000 people annually across the country. However, not enough resources exist nationwide to support everyone who is suffering and considering taking their own life. This must change. Therefore, in honor of T.J.'s memory we are starting this page to help generate funds to donate to this crucial support network. We truly need your help because it is only through the bonds of friendship and community that we can help to save our loved ones who are on the brink.
Our goal is to raise this money by October 31 so that the funds can be disbursed to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline well in advance of the 2016/2017 holiday season. Your support in this effort will go a long way in honoring T.J.'s memory and helping to prevent such senseless loss. Please donate whatever you can afford and know that your contribution can help make the difference!
