Swiftys Lands End to John O Groats 1189 miles

I'm Swifty PCB/Soitiz Radio
I have badly damaged legs and severe Helicobacter Pylori, alongside regular Hypoglycemic attacks, I also have Drop Foot, "Drop Foot" is a general term for difficulty lifting the front part of the foot as the front of your foot drags on the ground when you walk, Foot Drop is not a disease; rather, Foot Drop is a sign of underlying neurological, muscular or anatomical problems.
Tuff Toe, The most common symptoms of turf toe include pain, swelling, and limited joint movement at the base of one big toe.
The symptoms develop slowly and gradually get worse over time if it's caused by repetitive injury.
These have left me with severe disabilities, however, despite all this, I still keep getting up every day and getting on with it

Charity Bike Rides I have completed:
1. Rode 96 miles on 22nd December for Acorns
2. My next big ride was all of the A38 which is unsuitable in a lot of places for riding bikes, I rode a 360-mile charity bike ride for Cerebr.
3. On my next ride for Young Lives v Cancer, I completed 623 miles - Home to Stockport, Scarborough, Skegness, and Coventry.

So after some long hard thinking and debating on how far I've come since August 2021 when I began cycling, I was on 5 miles a day on an old bike with only 2 working gears.
I worked on adding two miles on each ride going out every other day.
My leg was killing me a lot doing this as I was riding the canal a lot of it rough.
My target was to get to Birmingham 30 miles away.
By October I had reached it and was well chuffed, by this stage I had got to taking cannabis to help ease the pain in my legs, the pain didn't vanish but it eased off and I was able to put good times in.
I have my disabilities, and I know how hard it is to get medicinal cannabis with the costs involved and how effective it is, and how important it is for Intractable Epilepsy.

I have almost 7000 miles clocked up in the year of 2022, that's roughly 500 miles a month, without the help aid of cannabis in oils, edibles, flowers, and vapes. I would not be able to take these tasks on.
Miles clocked up in 2022:
Jan 455 miles
Feb 515 miles
March 566 miles
April 773 miles
May 1050 Miles
June 633 miles
July 722 miles
August 1159 miles
September 548 miles
October 489 miles
November 418 miles
December 400 miles

So, I'm going to take on the UK's biggest cycle challenge, "Lands End" to "John O'Groats" for Intractable Epilepsy, it's going to be 1000 miles plus,
Intractable is the first UK epilepsy charity helping children and young adults with privately prescribed medicinal cannabis costs.
Swifty has supported various charities over the last few years, riding hundreds of miles for donations towards them.
