In 2021 only 2% of the $600B in venture funding went to female founders. It’s dramatically worse for women of color.
Right now a woman in Madrid, Mexico City or Mumbai has an astronomically small chance of ever getting funded, working with a creator or investing in that next big idea. Right now, there is a woman who has an idea that will need funding, a woman who wants to work on that creator's idea and a woman who wants to help fund that idea.

Why me and why now: I’ve spent 30 years watching my daughters and my female creator community have to work twice as hard with half as much to achieve the same as men.
• I’m passionate about the lack of equity in venture capital and the capital markets.
• I’m a venture capital insider with over 30 years of expertise in the selection of ideas, funding of those ideas and allocating money to those ideas.
• I developed Ai that helps founders attract capital, that scores financial, social and economic impact and that measures value creation and capital allocation.

I set up a non- profit for this league, this market, this revolution, called the VentureVerse, to make sure it belongs to women and anyone who is underserved and underrepresented.
And we are seed funding it using GoFundMe to keep the vision and mission true to global impact and global good.
