Michael Swietlicki & Family Fund

Hello!

This campaign is being set to benefit the Swietlicki Family.
Recently Michael Swietlicki, husband and father...has been facing a currently undiagnosed illness that is not only maiming his health and has been for many months of incorrect diagnosis and battling the unknown, but it is removing him from his workplace and family (He is currently admitted at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton- WI).
Michael is the family's only income and provider.  An Air Force Veteran and in need of our help!
We all understand the hardships of being one person and dealing with a disabling illness that cannot be diagnosed. Let alone a family of 5.
ALL proceeds of this benefit will go towards helping the Swietlickis cover at least a couple of months of basic bills, groceries, diapers for their sweet baby Emma and basic needs. PLEASE donate anything you can. It is so very much appreciated.

This is a statement our friend Michael has publicly posted in our reach out group this morning:

I feel awkward even putting this out there especially seeing as im the one who is usually fortunate to be on the other side of this...im a husband and father of 3 daughters 12,4, and 1. We recently hit a very difficult time due to an unforeseen health issue with myself. Im the sole provider for our family and have been out of work on medical leave since the 13th. Currently I am actually in the hospital while my family remains at home. Im not quite sure how long I will be in the hospital let alone out of work. Its still currently unknown as to the cause of the health problems but every type of test possible is being run. Like I stated we have been fortunate enough to help others in the past and thank God are not currently in dire need of anything specifically at this second. My only fear is slipping so far behind and the stress it will cause our family. Short term disability is available yet like with anything related to the the process is quite slow. (Ive been out since the 13th and the 1st disability check will be mailed on the 2nd) We are more than blessed to have that available to us, yet 60% of my income cannot carry the weight of my entire family. My daughter has her 13th birthday this week and I have no idea how im going to be able to do much for her, but in that sense Ive always been creative and will still find a way to make it great with having to spend. Things like that I can work around, however every day expenses whether it be utility bills, mortgage, groceries, and diapers....that is a little more difficult to get creative with. I am praying that all medical tests come back as nothing to severe but until then it is still my responsibility to keep my family together, strong, and do my best to ensure the struggle is not too much to overcome when cleared to work again. Again...I never do this, feel awkward having to reach out, and honestly I do not know what to or how to ask for. Hopefully my disability checks will suffice and be able to carry a good portion of our necessities during this time. If anyone has any other ideas, tips, or even prayers they could send our way it would be beyond appreciated.

Thank you

For a man that is usually first to reach out to others and help anyone in his path, that must have been the most difficult statement to post in his entire life.

Please share this campaign as much and as FAR as it can reach. Let's ALL help.
No matter how much. $1-1000 they'll take anything you are willing to bless them with at this difficult time.

Thank you
