Hello beautiful souls!

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. My name is River and I have been on a path of healing, expansion, and self discovery for years now. Devoted to remembering who I truly am and what I am capable of offering this world. Dance has been my life’s anchor through challenges, growth, and transformation. For years, it has helped me move through grief, release past trauma, and step into my power. I have now arrived at a turning point on my journey — one that feels deeply aligned with my purpose as a healer and artist.

A few months ago I made the decision to listen to the call of my heart and got a one way ticket to Peru. There was a strong pull I felt that I didn’t understand until I arrived. My heart has been cracked wide open since I have been here and i have been feeling more clear on what I am calling in and desiring to cultivate.

I have recently aligned with a mentorship opportunity of my dreams. After attending a sacred dance ceremony here and falling in LOVE with the intention and practice, I was offered the opportunity to attend a 2 week ceremonial dance immersion happening at the end of April in Cusco, Peru. This feels deeply in alignment with my current path and practice, and I am inspired to take the next steps on my own path as a teacher. For those of you who know me, this is MY JAM and on point with what I have been cultivating over the years. It’s time for me to step up and into my calling as a facilitator and this is EXACTLY what I feel would support me in stepping into that role with more confidence and clarity.

Dance is one of the most ancient ceremonial practices on Earth. In a time when most of us are longing for a sense of meaning, community and connection, I feel called to support my community by creating spaces for these experiences.

Movement IS medicine and I am committed to supporting my community through the cultivation of transformative & healing experiences through dance and ceremony. Dance has set me free in SO many ways and I want to support others on their path of liberation and reclamation. We have the power to release and transmute emotions, receive healing and guidance, and activate self love and community through dance. It’s alchemy. It’s profound. It’s ancient. It works!!! I have moved through SO MUCH in my life by dancing with what is present and alive within me and know how supportive this can be.

I am calling on my community to please help support me as I step into my purpose. I have never asked for support in this way, so this is an initiation in itself, but my goal is to raise the funds to support this vision for us and propel me forward on my path.

All donations go straight towards the program itself. If I don’t raise enough for the full two weeks, I will attend the one week course. I am activating miracles to ensure my spot!

In the meantime, I am doing all I can to stay inspired, create art, and sustain my travels while I am here. If you have ever considered purchasing an antler necklace from me, now would be a great time to do so (you may have to wait a few months until I return to the US, but I will make sure it reaches you) or you can find me at the Pisac market in the Sacred Valley with my offerings! As a self employed artist, I don't currently have the funds for this opportunity, but I trust the resources will come.

My vision for the future is to hold sacred spaces in person and eventually online for us to gather and explore our depths together through movement, breath, and prayer.
