Penguin Pastures in Sodus, NY is a safe haven for animals in need, run by Amanda—affectionately known as Momma on the farm. While working closely with Seventh Heaven Rescue for dogs, Amanda also cares for a wide range of animals, including her farm goats, donkey, pigs, chickens, duck, and kittens, plus always more on the way. With winter approaching and a recent heavy intake of animals, the need for support is greater than ever.

Medical care, spaying/neutering, and food are the biggest expenses at Penguin Pastures. Donations go directly toward vet visits, surgeries, vaccinations, and daily meals, ensuring every animal receives the care they deserve while also allowing more animals a safe rest on their journey. Momma’s commitment is unwavering—just this July, she drove three hours each way to rescue four puppies abandoned in kennels in a field, left in over 90-degree heat with little food or water. This was on top of just finishing fostering four 12-week-old Pyr puppies, their mother, and their older brother, all at once.
