Help to evacuate my family from Gaza Strip.

"This story belongs to my brother in the Gaza Strip, and I hope it touches your hearts.”

My name is Mohamed Abuissa. I am 35 years old, and this is the story of my family in the Gaza Strip.

We are a family of six: my father, my mother, my wife, and our three young children. Like any parent, our dream has always been to give our children a future filled with opportunity, dignity, and hope — one better than the hardships we ourselves have faced.

But today, we are living through unimaginable conditions.

Our home was destroyed, and we were forced to flee in search of safety. We first took shelter near the European Hospital. Later, new evacuation orders forced us to move again — this time to Al-Mawasi, a narrow strip of land by the sea. There, we live in a tent with no proper shelter, no electricity, no clean water, and no access to basic services. In winter, the cold is harsh; in summer, the heat is relentless.

Let me share just a few examples to help you understand the challenges we are facing:
• A kilogram of flour now costs $30. A single potato can be as high as $6.
• Meat, eggs, and most sources of protein are no longer available.
• We are sometimes forced to grind pasta into powder just to make bread.
• Clean water and hygiene are scarce, and illnesses are spreading quickly.

On top of this, my parents are both unwell.
• My father suffers from kidney problems.
• My mother lives with diabetes and high blood pressure.
There is no proper medical care where we are.

We are physically and emotionally exhausted. We are truly worn out.

Why I’m Reaching Out

I am currently in Germany, doing everything I can from afar to help my loved ones survive — and, if possible, reunite with me in a place where they can live in safety and dignity.

This is why I have started this campaign:
To raise support for evacuating my family and providing them with basic needs.

What Your Support Can Help With

Your contribution can make a life-changing difference by helping us cover:
• Safe travel from Gaza to Egypt, which currently costs $5,000–$10,000 per person.
• Living expenses in Egypt while they wait for visa approvals.
• Travel from Egypt to Germany to reunite with me.
• Basic needs after arrival — including clothing, school supplies for the children, temporary housing, and transportation.
• Urgent aid for family members still in Gaza, including food, medicine, and daily essentials.

How You Can Help

Any amount — no matter how small — will go directly toward helping my family survive, rebuild, and move forward.

If you are unable to donate, simply sharing our story with others means the world to us.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your time, your kindness, and your compassion. You are giving us more than help — you are giving us hope.

With sincere gratitude,
The Abuissa Family
