Supporting Lisa Through Breast Cancer Treatments

Hi everyone,

Thank you all for your kind messages of support for my courageous sister, Lisa, and for reaching out to ask how you can help with her ongoing care.

As many of you know, Lisa was diagnosed with breast cancer this year and in the past couple of months has undergone two surgeries and started one form of long term treatment. The prognosis has been constantly changing and she will now need two additional types of treatment, consecutively, for at least the next 6 months. During this time, Lis will have to continue to be off of work and will require additional medical and personal care, while hosting her caregivers and raising her incredible son.

In response to everyone’s offerings of support, and in lieu of a meal train, we’ve put together this page on which friends and family can contribute. We aim to help offset grocery, medical, and travel costs, as well as those associated with an extended period away from work.

We all know Lisa likes to take care of things on her own and be the one to look out for others, but the encouragement and support of her friends and family, near and far, is truly invaluable at this time. Thank you all so much for everything you are doing to lift Lisa up, as we help her navigate the path to optimal health.
