Supporting PTA in building a multi-purpose ground

Hello everyone,
Thank you for your time and contribution in helping the Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) of CVP to build a multi-purpose ground (project site layout attached). With the new ground, the school children will play soccer and play basketball and do track and field.
The Parents-Teachers Association, and the teachers have always dedicated their lives and hard work to make our school a better place for everyone. Under their guidance, our school is flourishing right now in terms of unlimited educational resources available to the students. The campus is beautifully decorated with learning materials and lush green plants, creating a relaxed ambiance for the students to learn and thrive in their environment. However, there is one thing that still needs attention. The PTA came up with an innovative idea to renovate our old soccer ground into triple-sport zones consisting of a mini-soccer and a basketball ground with a running track on the outside. There would be a separate male and a female dressing room on the opposite end of the field to provide privacy to our students. Please see the attached project site layout.
Expenses/budget:
The project can cost up to 7 lakh.
To make this project successful, we need help from every one of you. Your contribution will help the present students and the students from the next generation to take advantage of the ground to become more active and teach each other good sportsmanship. Every dollar counts, and therefore, on behalf of Parents-Teachers Association, we request everyone to help as much as they can. We are grateful for every contribution made to our project.
