I’m writing on behalf of my dear friend, Nikki Branson, who is facing one of the hardest chapters a person can endure. Nikki’s breast cancer has returned, in the form of Paget’s Disease, and has now advanced to Stage 4, following a previous metastasis to her brain that required emergency, life-saving brain surgery.

After months of hospitalization and rehabilitation, Nikki has been fighting to regain stability while continuing intensive cancer treatment. The physical and emotional toll has been immense — and the financial strain has become overwhelming. Extended time away from work, mounting medical expenses, housing instability, and the ongoing costs of care have created a burden no one should have to carry alone.

This campaign is about ensuring care and stability — so Nikki can focus her limited energy on treatment, healing, and quality of life, rather than survival logistics. Support helps cover the real, everyday necessities that accompany advanced cancer: safe housing, medical and therapy costs not fully covered by insurance, transportation, and basic living expenses during treatment.

Nikki continues to show extraordinary strength and grace in the face of circumstances that would break most people. Standing with her now means helping provide steadiness, dignity, and peace during a time when nothing feels certain.
