Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a humble heart because I truly need help during one of the most important moments of my life.

I am currently a student working toward becoming a Medical Assistant, and I’ve made it all the way to my 10-week internship—the final step before I can officially start my career. The only problem is… my internship is unpaid, and right now I don’t have reliable transportation to get there everyday. I have a couple of weeks to try to come up with money to either get my car fixed or get a down payment for a new one.

I am a mom, and everything I do is for my baby girl. I fight every single day to build a better future for her—to give her stability, to make her proud, and to show her what it looks like to never give up no matter how hard things get.

Without a car, I am at risk of not being able to complete my internship, which could mean not finishing school after coming this far. That thought alone is heartbreaking.

I’m asking for help to raise money toward getting a reliable vehicle so I can make it to my internship every day, complete my program, and step into a stable career in healthcare. This opportunity would not only change my life, but my daughter’s life as well.
