Hi, I'm starting this fundraiser to help Kris pursue a dream event for her and one of the world's most extreme endurance events on the planet: the Mongol Derby.

The Mongol Derby is a nearly 1,300 km horseback race across the Mongolian steppe, often described as the world's longest and toughest horse race. Riders change to a fresh semi-wild horse approximately every 40 kilometers, navigate independently using GPS, and must rely on local nomadic families for food and lodging while enduring unpredictable weather, challenging terrain, and minimal support.

We all know how much Kris thrives on extreme challenges. For the past several years, she has consistently pushed the limits of human performance and resilience. But more than that, she’s someone who inspires everyone around her with her determination, positivity, and willingness to pursue bold dreams.

The biggest challenge to reaching the start line compared to other events? It’s the cost.

The entry fee alone is $17,500 USD, most of which goes towards supporting the local herders, and that doesn’t include flights, transport, required insurance, or additional travel expenses.

This fundraiser aims to help make this dream a reality for Kris in August 2026. Any contribution, big or small, will go directly toward helping her reach the start line and represent the spirit of endurance, adventure, and perseverance that she thrives on.
