Support Dominique’s journey and Xia-Gibbs Research

Dominique, born in November '21, was diagnosed with Xia-Gibbs Syndrome in August '22. This rare genetic disorder affects fewer than 500 people worldwide. Dominique faces numerous challenges, including being non-verbal, weak muscle tone (hypotonia), intellectual impairment, delayed development, and weak eyesight. Despite daily efforts, professional support is crucial for her optimal development.

Our Mission:

We are raising £15,000 for Dominique's essential treatments in 2024, which we aim to split equally in-between Dominique’s immediate treatment and xia-gibbs research.

Each trip for Dominique’s international treatments costs £7000, and we plan 2 visits this year. Intensive physiotherapy abroad led to significant progress, underscoring the importance of these interventions.

In addition, we are raising awareness and funds for crucial research into Xia-Gibbs Syndrome, contributing to a brighter future for Dominique and others affected by this condition.
