Approximately 2pm on February 6th, 2015, Joel Rebennack passed away as a result of his injuries from being hit by a drunk driver. He was working at 12:30am on the Dixie highway in Florence, KY when he was hit. 

After over twelve hours of fighting for his life, they lost him. He leaves behind a wife, Christina, and three young children.  A wonderful husband, and loving father, this tragedy is deserved by no one.
