Help Red Rebuild

Hi all! I just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Red and I’m a 24-year-old drag entertainer & artist. I am trying my hardest to make sure I have some type of security blanket with this move, receipts to where the money has gone so far can be found in the GoFundMe gallery. I made this GoFundMe because of The group harrasment I’ve been facing from a group of entertainers down here it’s been hard to find consistent work. I’ve been lied on stolen from and verbally harassed by this group and it’s just been persistent. One of the people assisting with the rumors got one of my going away showcases canceled the day before the show, the lies about addiction being spread (which basically aimed to discredit everything I’ve spoke up about/ accomplished/ and built the last four years and isolate me from the community I got my start in) have genuinely had me more than overwhelmed, to the point I’m not sure what to do. I have really underestimated the costs of making a cross country move, that anxiety,

I know for a fact that once I’m out of this state and away from the group of grown bullies I’ll flourish. With them blocking work opportunities it’s kinda been really rough, I just want my peace back. I want the friends who have helped me in the past are paid back before I move, I want to be as certain as possible that I have everything needed to make it happen. I want to continue to build on the skills I’ve worked so hard to develop, and I know with some help I’ll finally be able to get ahead again.

 I have no transportation anymore, almost no credit history so loans aren’t an option. I’ve applied for emergency grants and applied for loans but each time I have gotten denied. There are no governmental assistance programs available either for the predicament I’m in.

Also! If anyone is unsure about donating, just know I plan on keeping every receipt so y'all know exactly where every penny is going! This has been one of the most stressful and difficult times I’ve gone through so far, and the harassment and slander just keeps making it exponentially worse. I don’t want to stress anyone out; I just don’t wanna give up on all the work I’ve put into building my career up. And again, I know for a fact with a little help I can get ahead and thrive. Anything given will be accounted for, and if there’s change, it will be sent back to the respective donators. Thank y'all so much.
