I am making this GoFundMe in support of my big brother Sean Saylor Jr. in his fight against cancer. Anyone who knows Sean knows that he would give the shirt off his back to a stranger in a snowstorm. He has always been the first one to help his friends and family in times of need, and the last thing he would ever ask for is something in return.

In late October, after weeks of pain, he went into the ER where he stayed for 5 days. The doctors found a very large mass near his liver, confirmed to be cancerous. A biopsy was performed and it was sent off to the Mayo Clinic to be tested. He was informed it would take 3-7 days to get the results of what the cancer is. Fast forward a few weeks, he still has no answers other than it being “a very rare form of cancer,” and the pain has become so unbearable that he had to walk away from his job of 5 years as a foreman of a construction company. (He loved his job and takes the utmost pride in the work that he produces.)

He has since gone back to the doctors, and after a current CT scan, they told him that the mass has grown a large amount. Not only that, but it was not only 1 mass originally but 3 (something that he was unaware of until now), and there are now 2 additional ones, totaling 5 masses in his abdominal area. They are now referring him to the Mayo Clinic where he will have to go to the emergency department in hopes of being admitted, as they do not take patients straight into oncology.

With him being out of work and the bills piling higher each day with no clear end in sight, Sean needs all of our help now more than ever to get by in life during these troubling times. Any little bit helps and is greatly appreciated.
