Support while in Medical Crisis: Rent & Bill Needs

Hi! My name is Abigail, and a friend recently experienced a medical crisis, and is now at a 30-day Treatment Center to work on her mental health. She spent her 28th birthday there, unfortunately away from family. The program has been extremely helpful, and things are improving every single day.

Unfortunately, 30 days in treatment means 30 days out of work. She does not have a Short Term Disability benefit, though we are working with her HR Department to see if anything can be done. While her partner is still working, they do not make enough on their own to properly cover rent on 9/1 while also paying their other bills.

They are blessed to have a great support network; however, the current need is a bit more than family & friends can assist with.

Their rent is $1,200. Anything to help with that would be greatly appreciated. If we raise anything more than what is needed urgently, the remainder will go directly towards paying off the bill for this lifesaving treatment once she is home.
